Your roles as a BDM will be focused on bringing in new permanent (and/or contract) business to help support our growing agency.
Salary: £30-60k *Could increase depending on experience*
Central Bristol Office
Your responsibility is to target companies who are growing their Tech and IT teams across the UK.
For this role, you DO NOT need previous recruitment experience, however you will have a proven track record of sales and cold/outbound lead generation. Minimum 2 years full BD lifecycle experience.
This is a blank canvas new role created within our business so you have the option of making it your own! Create your own plan and roadmap YOUR future.
To be successful in this role you need to have the confidence to go out and target ideal clients, be a self-starter, and have great communication.
You will earn uncapped commission on every job brought into the business.
