The Opportunity
  
The successful “Chartered Building Surveyor” will join a busy existing team with key responsibilities including:

Offer expertise and guidance to clients across all facets of Building Consultancy as needed.
Develop repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee works on-site, and manage coordination.
Provide Project Management and Monitoring services, including the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations.
Conduct various surveys such as Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.
Draft and negotiate fee proposals, ensuring timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.
Attend networking events to bolster both personal and company reputation.
Cultivate and sustain internal and external client relationships, utilizing networking to identify business development opportunities and foster growth.
Collaborate with internal departments to cross-promote services, thereby supporting clients and enhancing revenue streams.

MRICS qualified
Proficient in professional engagement with business individuals, providing top-notch client care
Adaptable working approach to cater to various client and business needs
Skill in prioritisation and flexibility to accommodate changes as necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, evidenced by successful client and third-party interactions
Initiative-driven self-starter with a track record of independent work experience
