The Opportunity
  
The successful “Lease Advisory Surveyor” will join a busy existing team with key responsibilities including:

Supporting the expanding team in achieving business development goals and continued revenue growth.
Collaborating closely with the team and clients to provide consistently high-quality advice.
Fully integrating into the broader Alder King network and other business lines.
Reading and summarizing leases.
Inspecting and measuring premises.
Collating comparable evidence.
Preparing lease renewal and rent review pre-negotiation reports for clients.
Negotiating with landlords and their agents.
Preparing settlement reports for clients.
Drafting Heads of Terms.
Instructing solicitors through the legal process when necessary.
Preparing reports for third-party referral.
Assisting senior colleagues with various instructions as needed.
Contributing to the preparation of pitches for business development   
The Ideal Candidate

MRICS qualified
Proficient in professional engagement with business individuals, providing top-notch client care
Adaptable working approach to cater to various client and business needs
Skill in prioritisation and flexibility to accommodate changes as necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, evidenced by successful client and third-party interactions
Initiative-driven self-starter with a track record of independent work experience
