DAYS BASED ROLE. Monday to Friday.
Facilities/Maintenance Engineer required for a well established manufacturer who are market leading in their industry. This is a varied role with a high level of autonomy/responsibility.
The role would suit Facilities/Maintenance Engineers or Technicians from ANY industrial or manufacturing environment who are competent with electrical and mechanical maintenance. The role is varied and will involve carrying out maintenance across a manufacturing facility.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for all elements of general building maintenance on site such as Interior and exterior surfaces, painted and papered walls, tiling , pipe work etc. You will work to strict H&S legislation and contribute to maintaining ISO 45001 and 14001 on site.

The Role:
*Reactive Maintenance
*Pre-planned maintenance/service
*Responsible for all facilities maintenance on site on a day to day basis
*Ensuring the site meets H&S regulations
*Point of contact for maintenance contractors on site
*DAYS BASED ROLE. Monday to Friday
The Person:
*Must transfer from an industrial or manufacturing facilities maintenance background
*Must have experience managing teams
*Must have experience working to strict H&S guidelines
