Position Available: Risk Manager

About the Opportunity:
I am seeking a Risk Manager to join our successful team in Plymouth, as part of our infrastructure upgrade program supporting the MOD's future requirements for its warship and submarine program.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the Risk and Opportunity Management processes in accordance with the company management systems.
- Prepare robust tender and contract risk models using the designated risk management tool.
- Day-to-day responsibility for the development and accuracy of the risk plan and the cost model.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' risk experience in a project-based engineering environment using Primavera risk software.
- Proficient in project risk management and change management for small/medium/large-sized projects.
- Experience working with Project Managers to successfully deliver packages of work on major multi-disciplined projects.
- Champions sustainability, safety, health, and environmental initiatives.
- Demonstrates integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way.
- Customer-focused mindset, striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs.
