The role requires an exceptional Customer Services Management professional who has a real focus on developing the team. You will proactively drive the business forward by delivering / exceeding your customers' expectations as well as through a focus on continuous improvement; you will find ways of improving the service, how relationships (both internal and external) can be made stronger and how processes can be implemented to make the operation more efficient, and the customer service experience an exceptional one. Being able to spot commercial opportunities to add value and drive revenue growth will be key. Management, preparation and delivery of key KPI data will be expected as will the participation in client review meetings.

The role would suit an individual who is an experienced customer services manager, with people management experience (the Customer Account Managers report into you) who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, and who is genuinely passionate about the whole customer experience.

A likeable, straight-forward, honest individual with resilience and passion for what you do being key traits that the client values highly. Preference will be given to candidates that are degree educated and have leadership / management courses under their belt or can demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development.
