HYBRID ROLE: 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home
Salary: £14.42 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 6-months
Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday.

Essential skills and experience:
Ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills.
High standard of written communication to enable them to communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Comfortable with IT - ability to use and update trackers, sending emails.
Experience using Google suite preferred but not essential
Existing SC Clearance [ Not essential as will apply for one]Duties of the role.
Working in Recruitment Team, will be Recruiting Administrators.
Working closely with recruiting line managers, providing essential support for their recruitment campaigns to ensure they find the most suitable candidates. This involves managing sift and interview packs, uploading sift and interview results, and setting up interviews.
Supporting candidates through the pre-employment checks process including, sponsorship of security clearance, managing identification verification processes and processing candidate information
Engaging with business areas within UKSV to ensure effective deployment of new staff
Supporting in-team Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve how we advertise and recruit.
Managing administration of the team mailbox, including responding to enquiries and supporting file management.
Training
6 weeks training no Annual leave during this period. May be flexible for 1-2 days off if required.
All training will be held at the Glasgow office. Any York candidates will be required to go for training at the Glasgow office but not essential if they are unable to do so.
