Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on a large construction project based in the heart of Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be joining the principal contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and work alongside the M&E Subcontractor.
* Report to Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Director.
* Support the Commercial Department with monthly project cost reports and progress reports.
* Quantity take-off.
* Preparation of monthly reports
About You:
* Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* NEC Contract experience
