As a successful newly qualified teacher/NQT, you will need to have the following:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a subject specialism
At least 6 months of experience teaching in KS3, KS4, or KS5
Strong communication skills and excellent classroom management
A genuine passion for teaching and encouraging pupils' learning and development
The ability to be adaptable and patient
