My client is a growing Sustainability Consultancy who provide highly technical services and a flexible approach to the construction and property industry. They are looking for a sustainability consultant to help deliver on their BREEAM and Net-Zero projects in their offices in Cardiff.

Role responsibilities include:

Carryout Whole Life Carbon assessments using OneClick LCA software
Carryout BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion
Help deliver on BREEAM projects and ensure clients sustainability targets are met
Produce sustainability and net zero strategies to ensure environmental impact of projects is minimisedThe ideal candidate will have:

Relevant degree within an environmental science or sustainability field, with experience in a sustainability consultancy role within the built environment
Experience with LCA OneClick software in regard to projects within the construction industry
Experience with BREEAM assessments with ideally a BREEAM accreditation
Good understanding of UK Building Standards and Regulations
