As a key member of the team, you will have the freedom to manage your own caseload, with ample client interaction and the chance to take on responsibilities.
Here's what you can expect as part of our client's Banking and Finance team:
Advise on a wide range of transactions, from complex projects to bespoke deals, including mid-market secured lending, real estate finance, and asset financing.
Work alongside a variety of lenders, including clearing banks, investment banks, and non-institutional funders, as well as borrowers from various sectors.
Collaborate with our Corporate, Real Estate, Business Restructuring and Insolvency, and Construction teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Gain exposure to international transactions by liaising with foreign counsel and assisting with deals originating outside of the United Kingdom.
