Senior Commercial Solicitor

An experienced Commercial Solicitor is sought to join a well-established Commercial team in Cardiff. As a trusted partner to public and private sector clients and individuals across England and Wales, our client specialises in a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, transport, defence and security, and local and national government.

What can you expect from our client?

A balanced mix of public and private sector work, covering commercial contracts, due diligence, and client support.
Responsibility for delivering large-scale projects and commercial contracts, as well as handling your own caseload.
Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, advising clients, delivering training and presentations, and assisting other teams with due diligence and ancillary commercial arrangements.
An opportunity to work with household name clients from the private and public sectors, contribute to practise development in Wales, and become an integral part of a friendly and highly respected team.

You are an experienced lawyer with 3+ years PQE and a strong background in good quality commercial work across the public and/or private sectors.
You have experience in general commercial work, including services and supply contracts, manufacturing, distribution, and technology contracts.
You may have previous in-house experience and are now looking for an opportunity to return to private practise.
Additional experience or an interest in telecoms, data protection, public procurement, and subsidy control would be beneficial.Benefits:
