At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students needing extra help both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with lesson planning
Support students with additional needs
Provide one-on-one assistance
Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
 
Location: Birmingham, UK

Job Type: Contract (Immediate Start), Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Salary: £420 - £445 per week

Education: A minimum of a graduate degree in a related field is required.

Experience: Previous experience working with students (children or young adults) in an educational setting or similar is beneficial but not required.

Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate should be resilient, driven, proactive, caring, and a team player. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in special education, behaviour management, or child development are advantageous.

Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
