Basic Salary £33,000 to £40,000 - OTE c£50,000/£60,000+
 
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant with a minimum of 2 years recruitment industry experience. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of growing a desk on either a freelance, perm or dual basis.
As an established agency we are looking for Snr Consultant/Principle Consultant who can develop and grow a small business unit, lots of PSLs with clients to evolve but also requiring regular business development and networking.
The role includes but is not limited to;
Recruitment duties

Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
Business development to engage with new clients, as well as evolving relationships with PSL clients.
Liaising with the Sale’s Director.
Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc
Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
Networking and local network events
Client entertainment
Driving and achieving the Branch KPisManagement duties

Hiring trainee consultants
Mentoring and development of Junior team members to grow the team
Perform weekly 1-2-1’s with goal and target setting
Manage KPI’s for junior members of the teamAbout us
