Ideally, you'll bring experience from an office setting where you've engaged daily with external stakeholders/customers. * A competitive salary with regular reviews that reward achievement
* 27 days holiday, rising further with service (+ Bank holidays of course!)
* Private Healthcare
* Multiple perks such as travel discounts, wellbeing initiatives
* Paid charity days
Whilst they're not expecting you to bring the experience, they would like to see:
* Some previous experience of working in an office environment, perhaps within an Administrative role
* Previous experience of dealing with customers (inbound/outbound communication)
* A willingness and desire to engage in further training and a personal commitment to continuous improvement
* Any finance qualification, degree, or A level, would be highly advantageous
* A passion for "making a difference"
