JOB TITLE: Senior Head of HR Contact Centre
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: £65,000 + £5K car allowance
Are you an ambitious HR Manager who has managed a team and is looking for a new challenge?
We are searching for the right person to head up a large team of HR Advisors.
The advisors are answering general HR queries from a huge variety of businesses.
You will be:
* Helping manage Consultant workloads.
* Managing consultants' performance within a contact centre environment.
* Driving the coaching initiative within the department.
* Identifying training needs, themes and trends as well as areas for improvement and communication of these across the department.
* Promoting awareness of additional services within the Group and subsequently drive referrals within the department.
* Monitoring and reviewing performance activity on a daily basis.
* Assisting in any recruitment and interviews for the department.
* Dealing with client complaints and internal formal meetings (eg disciplinary and grievance).
The role is a 100% work from the office role.
