HR ASSISTANT / MALVERN / £26,000 TO £30,000 PER ANNUM & GREAT BENEFITS

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
What’s on Offer?
* Competitive salary (£26,000 to £30,000 FTE, dependent on experience).
* This is an office-based role with friendly working hours of 08:30 to 17:00 (40 hours, Mon – Fri).
* Part-time or school time hours considered for the right applicant of 09:30 to 15:00 (Mon - Fri)
* 21 Days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
Recruitment:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
* Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
* Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
* Be the first point of contact for potential new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Induction:
* Conduct engaging new hire orientation sessions.
* Guide new employees through our company culture, policies, and benefits.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Retention:
* Maintain accurate employee records.
* Assist in policy development and implementation.
* Address employee inquiries related to HR matters.
* Support HR Managers in the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, Sage etc…)
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
* Role could be moulded to suit differing experiences.
