Location: Nuneaton

Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 + Company performance bonus, circa £1,200

The role of the Internal Sales – Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation will involve:

* Internal sales position, selling a newly manufactured range of MLCP (multi-layer composite pipes), MVHR (ventilation) and UFH (underfloor heating)

* Selling into predominantly plumbing & heating contractors, drainage contractors, M&E contractors, installers & sub-wholesalers

* Dealing with an average order size between £5k - £10k across all product ranges

* Your time will be split evenly three ways between; preparing quotes/estimations from plans & documents, supporting the external sales team with general administrative duties and pro-actively calling new & existing customers to generate sales

* Respond to incoming queries via telephone & email, providing technical advice and support

* Follow up on quotes and new sales opportunities in a prompt fashion

* Promoting a very well-known European brand with industry leading products (small but growing reputation in the UK market)

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation with:

* Must have sales office experience; internal sales, sales support, customer service etc.

* Ideally will have experience within plumbing & heating or HVAC industries

* Confident with working autonomously & within a small team

* Not reliant on a leading UK brand name/ comfortable acting as a brand ambassador

* IT Savvy, able to use office & CRM systems

* Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines

* Calm, reliable, trustworthy and professional approach
