Salary of £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with exceptional leadership skills? We are partnering with a well established private healthcare provider who are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Ward Manager to join their senior team in a flagship hospital based in Solihull. 
As the Ward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of a specialist surgical ward. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the ward
Supervise and support nursing and healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development
Oversee the implementation and adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards within the ward
Monitor and manage resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and supplies
Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the wardDesired Qualifications and Skills:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting, ideally within a surgical hospital ward environment
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient careAlongside an attractive salary of £50,000 per annum, you will also receive:
