Job Summary:
The Outbound Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through proactive outbound calls to potential customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to close deals effectively. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

* Sales: Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

* CRM Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and update customer information in the company's CRM system.

* Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.

* Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

* Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar role is preferred.

* Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
