Our client is a leading Facilities Management company based in the Stafford area.
An opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the existing team.
The postcodes that the role would cover: ST. TF. SY. WS. WV.
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include, being capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme. They will be required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
