HSEQ Coordinator
A global and growing manufacturing company have created a new position for a HSEQ Coordinator. The responsibilities of the HSEQ Coordinator include:
* Ensure the maintenance of all external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D, and GMP.
* Host and support second and third-party audits, perform internal audits of the management system and ensure non-conformities are addressed and resolved.
* Support departmental managers in creating and maintaining process definitions and work instructions and participate in meetings related to management systems and site activities.
* Handle KPI trend analysis, investigate customer complaints, collect and analyse site data and coordinate internal investigations and lead problem-solving collaborations.
* Actively support continuous improvement projects to meet strategic goals and maintain housekeeping standards.
Requirements
* Strong administrative skills, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, are required, along with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks with attention to detail.
* Internal or lead auditor training is necessary.
* Effective communication skills are essential.
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and familiarity with management systems is required.
