HR Payroll Officer
A global and growing manufacturing company has created a new position for a HR Payroll Officer to join it's experienced HR department. The responsibilities of the HR Payroll Office include:
* Manage the end-to-end resourcing and recruiting process for new candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new starters and leavers.
* Accurately prepare and process two bureau payrolls each month for approximately 350 employees, covering salaries, worked hours, overtime, deductions, pensions, and bonuses.
* Maintain and review all employee master data within the HR systems, including payroll, time and attendance, work and absence records.
* Complete RTI submissions for tax codes, manage pension schemes and contributions, and handle annual salary reviews, bonus payments and P11Ds.
* Support the HR department with administrative tasks such as organising annual occupational medicals, producing reports and management data, employee communications and HR management reporting.
Requirements
* Essential requirements include experience in a comparable position within recruitment, HR, or payroll, along with strong IT and numeracy skills.
