As a Business & Operations Graduate you will have the opportunity to learn and gain a well-rounded view across all the operational and business areas. You will be exposed to logistics, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, laboratories, HR, finance, sales and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend 6 months in each area learning and building your knowledge, giving you the opportunity to progress your career and grow with the business.

* You will have a development & training plan for each area of the business and operational areas.

* Working towards various departmental objectives and targets, with monthly and quarterly reviews

Candidate Requirements:

* A recent graduate educated to degree level within the last few years

* Computer literate with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office

* Strong team player - ideally someone who can demonstrate this e.g. team activities

* Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills

* The ability to priorities tasks and to manage your workload

* A confident individual able to lead a team

* Ambitious and driven

* Someone who has natural problem-solving skills

* Ideally own transport, however, this is not essential
