Niyaa People are looking for a Project Supervisor for a leading contractor. Based in Stoke-on-Trent you will be looking after multiple sites from tender to completion.

Responsibilities of the Project Supervisor
Day to day management of Handback Projects
Client liaison - providing effective communication to the client
Engage fully within the procurement/commercial requirements of the contract.
Ownership of the Handback condition survey process, reviewing records to provide concise
Report on Handback project management in association with contract terms and conditions.
Ensure all elements of the contract meet the client's requirements.
Management of Sub-contractors
As the Project Supervior you will receive;
