Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
* Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the M&E industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors.
