This Client has been established for a long time and has based a reputation for themselves as a leader in what they do, you will be part of a really friendly small team of 7 others, where you will be kept busy but you will also be constantly learning due to the industry this Client works within - so if you are looking for a design role with a difference - then look no further! .
Technician duties will involve (but are not limited to) :
* Working on your own concept and design projects
* Supporting the internal sales team will client design briefs
* Creating design briefs
* Producing architectural design drawings and visualisations
* Produce Revit / BIM project information models
* Work and liaise with local planning depts
* Review designs to ensure compliance with building regulations
* Attend occasional Client meetings with Design Manager
* Ensure all work and designs are compiled correctly
This role will be office based Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30. It is a town centre location thus transportation links are good, should someone not drive. Candidates from Warwick / Leamington Spa/ Southam / Coventry / Stratford upon Avon and Daventry are urged to apply as these areas are commutable to this Clients location
Salary negotiable depending upon experience
