Rullion are currently looking to recruit for one of our Global Energy Clients for the following Role :

Data Information Services Officer.

Duration - Initially 3 months with extension for the right candidate

Location : Warwick , UK Based.

Hybrid working (2 days in office per week - Thursday and one day of choice )

Inside IR35 - £19 PER HOUR TBD

Brief Overview

our client is recruiting a Data & Information Services Officer to be part of a highly innovative and international Digitalisation team. An established world leader, this business has been providing solutions for global power generation and oil and gas projects for over 50 years. Acquired in 2014, the Aero Derivative Gas Turbines business specialises in delivering maximum efficiency from the prime fuels extracted from beneath the earth's surface. Onshore and offshore, our expertise and equipment provide a crucial contribution to the world of energy, whether this be processing and transporting oil and gas through major pipeline networks or generating electricity with outstanding levels of efficiency and environmental cleanliness. Our essential service and support ensure that our customers are provided with the reliable and available source of energy they demand.

Digitalisation services for Energy use Data to help our customers. Using the data generated from energy assets and integrating it with other sources we can gain powerful insights that are used to develop customized service solutions crafted specifically to meet customers' needs, whether it is increased assets efficiency, reliability, flexibility, availability, or all the above. This information is widely used to drive efficient business decisions and achieve optimum business performance.

Skills/Desirables required

Advanced excel skills is a must
Driving License preferred as must be able to commute (Train station is quite a walk)
Good communication skill
Academic degree in Information Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
Prior experience in using Tableau, Qlikview, AWS, SQL, SAP and database management

Your responsibilities

You will establish and maintain the relationships with our internal and external partners to proactively ensure a constant and timely flow of information.
You will provide data support services, ensuring customer happiness. This will include the management of ad-hoc business data requests and regular reporting.
You will participate in the development and implementation of processes for ensuring data quality as well as creating new data supply chains.
You will take an active part in validating the data handled in the department and will input and update the data in various systems accordingly
You will be the process owner for various data supply chains and will be responsible for their management.
You will ensure data supply chains perform to agreed service levels through effective use of metrics and maintain operational continuity.
You will lead improvement projects and initiatives, being actively involved in the digitalization, systematisation, and automation processes.
You will assist with the creation of new user accounts and the updating of existing accounts in various data systems
You will be responsible for the management of the users in a windows environment and various databases.
You will support the management of system incidents from inception to closure and the related customer satisfaction.
