Supplier Quality and Compliance Manager Salary, Hours and Benefits
* £45,000 - £50,000
* 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility and an early Friday finish

Supplier Quality and Compliance Manager Candidate Requirements / Key Responsibilities
* Factory/supplier audit, assessment and approval – ideally lead auditor qualified / experienced
* Supplier improvement & development
* Monitor and stay abreast of global regulatory compliance requirements
* Evaluation of performance against regulatory compliance requirements
* Defining AQLs and DCLs internally and with suppliers
* Factory QC training
* Staff technical training
* Control of non-conforming products
* Customer focussed approach
* Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the role will include travel)
* Technical / Engineering capability
* Developing factory capabilities
* Verification of product specification
* Identification of compliance criteria
* Inspection standard generation/negotiation
* People management of small team
* Experienced in multi-site operations
