Basic Salary up to £30,000 DOE
OTE of £60,000+   
 
Are you an experienced Protection Advisor looking to team up with a mortgage company that has an abundance of leads and puts protection at the forefront of their business? My client is seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join their growing team on an employed, remote basis.
 
Our client is a well-established and customer service focused Mortgage provider who work with a respected market-leading estate agency; and they are looking for a talented, ambitious Employed Protection Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities for this Protection Advisor role
Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their priorities
Be proactive to follow up on ALL leads and work through them to gain business
Be able to spot opportunities to review existing cover
Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
Stay up to date with protection products to ensure best advice
Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times  
Skills and experience for this Protection Advisor role
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum of 18 months’ experience as a Protection Advisor (working with mortgage leads preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face & over the phone
Ability to work independently and manage your own leads
Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
Adaptable to the ever-evolving protection market
