This company are undergoing the largest transformation in their vast history including the purchase and installation of several one-of-a-kind pieces of hardware. They're looking to add a number of people to a brand-new Manufacturing Execution Systems Team to help improve all things MES across multiple UK sites.
In this role you'll join a small but growing team looking at the Software Systems currently deployed at the site and building new systems and processes for these bespoke pieces of machinery. You'll predominantly work with C#, SQL, and various MES Systems. Due to the nature of the position you'll be site-based 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate will be competent with C#, .Net, and SQL. Any database build or data manipulation would also be beneficial but can be taught. Some understanding of MES and/or Manufacturing is required. Candidates must have full right to work in the UK and be commutable to Scunthorpe.

The Role:
*Joining a brand new MES Team
*Some Database Design
*C# Development
*Integration of Controls Systems, PLCs, Scada, and Mainframes into wider Infrastructures
*Site-based in Scunthorpe, Monday to Friday
The Person:
*Experience with C#
*Database experience (SQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, MySQL etc.)
*Some understanding of MES or Manufacturing
*Commutable to site Monday to Friday
