Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and presentation of solution designs, project plans, and reference architectures during the pre-sales phase to establish and nurture trustful relationships with clients.
Ensure successful alignment between client success criteria and our system's capabilities, focusing on system integration and interoperability.
Formulate comprehensive implementation strategies that include system configuration, data migration, and integration tactics.
Oversee the project management aspects post-sale, ensuring the alignment of deployment resources, schedules, and technical deliverables with overarching business goals.
Develop technical documentation, specifications, and user support guides to facilitate client understanding and system usability.
Collaborate strategically with the Product, Engineering, and Sales departments to drive the development of new product features and market strategies based on client insights and project demands.
Configure, test, and maintain AI and ML applications and processes in production environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Industrial Process/Data Engineer, particularly involving SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Proven ability in engaging with large enterprises to successfully sell and deploy software technologies.
Strong proficiency in SQL and adeptness with data manipulation techniques.
Demonstrated capability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
