Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

£45,000 to £55,000 + Car allowance

TS Recruitment are actively working with a Fitout Main Contractor based in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding business.
Benefits
• Basic salary circa £45-55,000 per annum
• Company bonus scheme
• 37.5 hour working work with flexible start times
• 20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown plus bank holidays
• 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions
Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue contracts.
* Take offs and produce bill of quantities.
* Carry out valuations and variations.
* Produce cost value reports.
* Complete final accounts.
* Complete project tenders when required.
* Ensure projects are completed within budget.
* Complete and upload all necessary paperwork on the internal system.

Knowledge/Experience:
• Commercial experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on fast paced projects
• Preferably degree educated.
• Good IT and numerical skills.
• Full UK driving license
