Our prestigious client a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Support Worker in Dewsbury.

Key information:

£24,702 - £25,979 per annum plus £40.76 per Sleep In

Essential Requirements:

You MUST:

Have your NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
