Responsibilities include:
Maintaining building assets to create a safe and pleasant working environment
Managing 3rd party contractors for planned and reactive maintenance/projects works
Conducting planned preventative maintenance schedules
Managing organic maintenance and improvement projects
Ensuring compliance with building records and statutory documents
Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Effectively managing repair schedules and resolving issues
Providing plumbing works, joinery, painting, and decorating services
Testing and inspecting equipment as required
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
Mentoring apprenticeships
Assisting with grounds maintenanceQualifications:
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
Proactive and self-motivated
Ability to multitask and remain customer-focused under pressure
Flexible approach in a changing environment
Professionalism, trust, and integrity
Basic knowledge of H&S regulations
Full UK driving licence
Experience in managing projects and contractors
Previous experience in a building maintenance environment
