Hours: 5 days per week, 20 hours per week

The Key Duties of the Office Administrator

To provide a full range of administrative support to the Directors and Engineers including formatting of reports, specifications and letters, printing documents to PDF and booking with travel and accommodation bookings.
Arranging lunchtime training seminars and coordinating the provision of lunch
Handling and transferring incoming calls and dealing with all customer enquiries, liaising with suppliers and other companies.
Meeting and greeting clients.
