Basic Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience)

My client is a household name within the shoring hire market, established over 25 years ago, with a very strong presence within the UK. They are looking for someone who has a strong understanding on operations and company organisation to achieve the company objectives for revenue, in accordance with rental rate, discount and profitability guidelines for the Leeds Branch.
Key role and responsibilities for this Branch Manager Role is:
* Providing leadership to those working in the branch
* Deliver on customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
* Ensure that budgets and spend are controlled
* Business development with new and existing clients within the allocated region (minimal)
* Full responsibility for all aspects of the branch to ensure an effective work environment
* Provide technical support and advice to customers where necessary
* Ensure that required safety training is conducted on an ongoing basis
* Conduct weekly management team meetings and drive a culture of collaboration and feedback
* Make sure that all teams are working effectively
* Coordinate with the logistic departments regarding deliveries and delivery schedules
Minimum requirements for this Senior Branch Manager Role is:
* Proven Branch management experience of having teams ideally
* Strong operational bias towards roles
* Commutable to the Branch daily
* Knowledge of construction solutions (ideally of products that are hired out)
* Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills
