Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 p/a

Benefits: 23 days + stats holiday entitlement, a generous company bonus scheme, and onsite parking.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business who are looking for an outgoing Key Account Manager to professionally manage a selection of key accounts.

Initially, you'll be based internally to gain an in-depth understanding of the clients’ processes. Over time, the role will evolve to include on-site responsibilities and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Key account management
Maintain accurate information for each account and meet reporting deadlines.
Nurture and grow key accounts.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each account.
Achieve high retention rates and mitigate competitor threats.
Collaborate with other Key Account Managers
Provide robust support for new business development, including creating presentations and quotes.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous desk-based account management experience
Natural sales flair
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
Strong organisational skills
