Production Supervisor
Rotherham
37 Hours Per Week Shift Work

As a Shift Lead, you will be required to
* Be responsible and accountable for the production team, the way it functions and the area you work in.
* Monitor performance to metrics and manage resources and priorities to achieve targets.
* Liaise with other production supervisors on production requirements, achievements, production issues and resourcing.
* Identify and analyse problems and introduce sustainable solutions across the other production lines.
* You would liaise with many different departments internally such as quality, maintenance, engineering and more.
* Assist supervisors with process improvements, material flows, and space management.
* Maintaining quality standards.
* Ongoing reviews of production process/flow, risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
* Encourage and motivate your team
Experience / Skillset required for this role
* 2 years of experience in a similar management role
* Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
* Computer literate
