Hays Business Support is currently working with a professional services company in York. We are recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is fully office based, full time 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Work hours are 9am until 5pm.Ideally, you will be available to start from 24th June 2024Within your role, your duties will include:

Production of reports
Handling incoming phone calls and dealing with requests
Obtaining key information for reports for senior staff and when compiling documents
Operate bespoke company software through data entry and management.
Input and supporting role in social media management.Experience Required

Experience in the property, legal or finance sectors is preferred but not essential.
Strong keyboard skills are very important.
A positive and friendly personality with good communication skills.
Strong IT skills.
Good team worker.
