Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

Answering and diverting incoming phone calls, visitors and email correspondence
Providing general administrative support to a number of internal departments, inclusive of typing documents
Effectively using the internal computer system for data entry & logging
Working hours of the Administrator:
40 Hours per week with some flexibility offered, around core working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:45AM to 4:30PM
Friday: 7:45AM to 3:30PM
Details of the Administrator position:

Renumeration: £25,000.00 / £12.50 per hour - paid on a weekly basis
Contract Length: Around 7 Weeks (until the end of July 2024)
Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days inclusive of bank holidays
