Production Operative

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for a Production Operative for a permanent position in the Tockwith area of York (subject to interview process).

Rate of pay is £11.78 per hour.

This position will be working within our client's Operations Department, and will be providing support to all the production departments and workshops to ensure projects are prepared and loaded before leaving for show venues across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Safe loading and unloading of trucks.
Preparing built items and road boxes for site.
General support within the production departments may include, basic painting, sanding & filling and simple assembly work.
Moving manufactured scenic parts between production departments requiring the use of manual handling skills.
Using an iPad for loading and unloading items.
Completing housekeeping tasks and waste management duties within the workshop and external loading bays.
