Description/Job Summary
The Travel & Entertainment Expense Coordinator is responsible for processing, processing, verification and reimbursement of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses. This role assists the Manager-A/P with supervision and training of T&E Coordinators.Responsibilities/Duties
Review T&E expenses for appropriate supporting documentation and reporting
Verify and/or adjust coding of billable and non-billable expenses
Review all transactions to ensure proper approval as outlined in the Firm's Grants of Authorities
Provide final approval of Chrome River expenses reports assigned for export; process Chrome River export files, making corrections as necessary
Assist American Express cardholders (disputes/issues)
Monitor American Express accounts and follow up with cardholders with outstanding charges
Monthly Data Reimbursement plan , review and prepare file for payroll
Provide user support for Chrome River application
Assist management with supervising and training T&E staff
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail
Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities, with the ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
Ability to demonstrate leadership/management skills
Preferred Skills
A/P and/or T&E experience in a law firm preferred
Knowledge of electronic expense reporting system and 3E financial system preferred
Required Experience
2 to 4 years of T&E experience required
Required Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Preferred Education
Associate's degree or 2 years college courses preferred

Salary Information
NY only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $65k to $75k at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
