SUMMARY
We're looking for someone with Finance/Accounting experience to join our team to be a part of a Greenfield project for one of the largest Biotechnology company working on a global scale. If you've had previous experience working on financial accounts for brand new site for construction/Pharmaceutical companies and want to be involved with a brand new project, apply below. It's a 4 months Initial start, highly likely to extend or go permanent after.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate, update, and maintain reports on project expenditure and financial transactions.
* Keep accurate records of project expenses, contracts, and accounting data.
* Review and approve funds for various projects.
* Create budgets and financial reports based on project requirements.
* Analyze and approve vendor invoices and contracts.
* Oversee the transfer of funds to vendors and suppliers.
* Assist in creating project-related documents and bills.
* Close completed project accounts and conduct budget forecasting.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in the financial sector.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Experience in the Greenfield or New site finance/accounts
* Complete knowledge of accounting software, laws, and regulations.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
EDUCATION:
* College degree or professional certificate in accounting/finance or an equivalent subject.
