Quality Control Engineer

Job Description
As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electronic and mechanical products. You are a professional QC Engineer with at least 3 years of experience with circuits and electronic subassemblies. You bring a catalog of best practices and maybe some international contract manufacturing experience. You are ready to put that knowledge to work with a growing company. Some of the stuff you'll be working on: 
Assisting in the establishment of QC processes and the implementation of tools that will help us grow 
Managing our capacity improvement efforts, implementing test programs and equipment at our manufacturing facilities in Mexico – helping our CM partners produce great results 
Driving yield improvements through ongoing repair and failure analysis  
Maintaining required quality levels and on-time delivery of products, including training contract manufacturing partners 
Leading quality review meetings and providing design improvement feedback 
Building and maintaining relationships with our contract manufacturing partners 
Writing and maintaining internal CM test procedures to ensure proper function and ongoing operation of test equipment 
Traveling as-needed to our CM partners to work with them and implement new programs, tools and processes
