Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients are satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and chat support channels
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and services
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
Assist clients with setting up new accounts and services
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and address any concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a call center type setting
Conduct Introductory calls to clients/family to confirm information is correct, provide overview of services, assist with technical set up/testing and deliver this with excellent customer service
Ability to manage multiple work queues with various work types
Ability to check Eligibility and create patient charts
Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to address client inquiries and concerns effectively
Special Projects as needed and assigned
