Sigma Defense is seeking a former Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer with Combat Systems management experience to fill the Technical Integrator (Aviation)position as part of the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) as a Navy Aircrewman Technical Training Specialist.
We need the rare skill sets in Combat Systems training configuration, operation, maintenance and management that you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy's capability at the same time.
Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements
Candidate must be a citizen of the United States.
6+ years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.
Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command or similar military organizational planning experience.
Experience operating a Naval Aviation Simulator in FST or equivalent complex architecture.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
