CorDx is a rapidly-growing biotechnology company that focuses on the development of innovative diagnostic solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team and ensure that our quality standards are maintained at the highest level. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Test and evaluate products to ensure that they meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and quality control records.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are well-versed in quality control processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (biotechnology, chemistry, or a related discipline).
5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in the biotechnology industry.
Understanding of quality control processes and regulatory guidelines (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.).
Experience with the development and implementation of quality control documentation and records.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with managing and training quality control teams.
Fluent in English and Chinese
