Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Engineering Manager who excels in both technical expertise and people management. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CI/CD best practices, AWS Computing Services, and ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity. This individual will play a key role in leading and managing a team of talented engineers while also contributing hands-on to technical projects. 
 
What you get to do in this role:   
Drive the automation of deployment, configuration management, and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Oversee the design, deployment, and management of the organization's build applications. 
Select and implement appropriate DevOps tools and platforms. Evaluate and select third-party tools and services that align with the organization's needs and goals. 
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of outages or disasters.  
Drive root cause investigations, seeking the primary cause of the unexpected event, no matter where it lies. 
Work with product management, development, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions.
Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.
