Qualifications 
Advanced and strong understanding of the principles, practices, permitting process, codes, and standards in Landscape Architecture and Planning.  
Effective communication, financial management, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects, clients, schedules and budgets. 
Serve as a main point of contact with clients; receive and convey client goals and objectives to team members. 
Experience and desire to mentor, train, and develop team members. 
Exhibit abilities and strong experience in CADD, Photoshop and MS Office. Additional experience in Autodesk Infraworks and Sketchup are a bonus. 
 
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $90,000-$105,000.

Your Day to Day: 
Uphold Galloway’s values and standards by understanding and responding to client needs while providing quality consulting services. 
Supervision and guidance for overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters within team; consult with Senior Project Manager and/or Team Manager concerning problems and developments.  
A leadership role in the development of new business, promoting repeat and referral business with existing clients, and developing new business.  
Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, promotional materials, and professional services agreements.  
Responsible for preparation, obtaining internal and external approvals, and managing final execution and subsequent amendments. 
Plan, develop and coordinate with the team during the execution of projects. 
Active role in coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibility to less tenured level staff; provides daily “on-the-job” training for team members. 
Responsible for coordinating project setup in accounting system and communicating job/task/phase information to team members.

Requirements
Education 
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Registration/license in Landscape Architecture in Colorado strongly preferred. 
Experience 
Typically, 10+ years of experience after educational requirements have been met.
